Mystery Author Richard Baldwin

Mr. Baldwin, a Haslett resident, is an author & publisher. His
mysteries can be found on the shelves of Haslett Library and throughout
CADL. The books published by his company, Buttonwood Press, are
designed to educate through the use of the mystery genre or experiences
of the spirit.

Michigan’s Ghostly Beacons

What is it about lighthouses that attract ghostly spirits? Many
lighthouse keepers were extremely dedicated to their profession—it
seems that many were never able to give it up, even after death! Hear
stories about the keepers and ghosts who have tended lights in the
Great Lakes State. Presented by historian Dianna Stampfler; seating is
on a first-come basis.
