Celeste R. Receives Director's Award

Screenshot 2024-12-10 143414.pngThe recipient for the October Director’s Award is Celeste Rubino, Library of Things (LoT) Clerk, Administration. Whether it be processing LOT items, helping at Outreach events, or assisting with Local History endeavors, Celeste gives 100%. Her efforts and demeanor are having a positive influence, not just for those she works with, but for the entire CADL community.

  • “Celeste is a delight to work with. Her enthusiasm and cheerfulness are both contagious and enjoyed by the entire Outreach department. She is always willing to help and has an energetic approach to everything she does."
  • "Celeste not only does an amazing job at the circ processing of the LoT collection, her attention to detail and cleanliness of the items has resulted in patrons consistently receiving items in the best condition possible. On top of that, she has helped staff at outreach events, transcribed local history interviews, and been a part of the processing of the Stebbins collection. She goes above and beyond in every single task or project she is a part of."
  • "In Local History, Celeste has proven herself to be efficient and thorough, and she has a great eye for the odd details and problems in the Stebbins collection. She keeps us all on track with our project record keeping, and she always brings plenty of interesting stories and anecdotes with her to help make a tedious job more fun."
