Janet Elliott Receives Director's Award
Janet started in March of this year and has done an exceptional job in learning her position, learning about CADL, and learning about our projects. She has taken on some major projects, such as ensuring that each section of the Linc (CADL's internal website) is complete, digitizing our past administrative files, moving years and years of records from the Director shared files to Teams and the Linc. Along with all of this, she has made such an effort to get to know all our staff and visit each of our libraries. She is a nice and dedicated person, and I’m so glad she has chosen to work for CADL. Also, I don’t want to jinx it, but she’s had a perfect record in recoding meeting minutes for our Board meetings. 😊
