Jean Bolley Receives Director's Award

Hi all,

I’m pleased to announce that the February Director’s Award was given to Foster's Head Librarian, Jean Bolley! Jean has been with CADL for over 20 years and is well-known for her fantastic storytimes at Foster. She’s literally built up a community of storytime attendees and their families. She was also featured in multiple CADLtales episodes that bring storytime to the screen. Through her focus on storytimes and early literacy, the Foster Branch has truly become an essential part of Lansing’s Eastside. Jean is also known for developing future librarians from her pages and library assistants. We’ve hired several of them at other branches. 😊

Thank you Jean for the high level of service you provide at the Foster Branch. The work you’ve done to build up the Foster Branch as a resource to the surrounding neighborhoods is greatly appreciated. I know the residents love the work you and your staff do every day.
