The March of Change, Sometimes Pauses

There is no doubt this year has brought about many changes. You’ll undoubtedly see many unfamiliar faces, as we have new staff here to support our community through access to resources, programs and events.

Aside from that, the Foster branch is much the same as the one you love. We still have the “magazine swap” box, the familiar wooden rocker, the very low ceilings… and a staff that is ready and eager to help you find the materials you need.

Since we opened to in-person browsing, the library has had over 6000 visits! Along with in-person browsing, many of those visits have been to our in-person storytimes. It’s been wonderful to see the families and hear the children’s laughter once again. Storytimes take place at Foster every Monday and Wednesday at 10:30 a.m., year-round!

Stop in for storytime or simply to say hi! We look forward sharing the Foster branch with all of you.
