The Strange Library

This short and creepy novel doesn’t paint my profession in the best light but it’s a fabulous story with a lonely student, a poor sheep boy, and a mysterious girl all plotting their escape from a terrifying librarian. The packaging designed by Chip Kidd only adds to the piece. Fans of Murakami will get an extra layer of meaning but anyone looking for a surreal tale should enjoy this.
