Go Set a Watchman

This sequel picks up with Scout returning to her Alabama roots for a visit. She is confronted with Atticus in a new light. She struggles with her feelings toward the man that she considers to be her finest example. The subject of racism in the deep south at this time in history is dealt with in such a manner that I was able to understand the feelings expressed here even though I disagreed with them. One of the best books that I have read in a long time.
