To Rise Again At A Decent Hour

Dr. Paul O’Rourke is fixated on Judaism and the internet.  Let me tell you, he’s not an especially likable character.  He repeats himself incessantly, rants about his dental patients and has near meltdowns whenever he discusses our society’s obsession with our Me Machines (my iPhone is an example).  Despite his jerk like tendencies I admit I found him undeniably lovable.  He’s depressed, he’s funny and he’s been sucked into a fantastical world of defending the remnant of an ancient unGod religion.  I loved this book because I got a picture for the potential despair everyday life can bring and the comicalness of human body stench.  It might be hard, but I urge you to stick with the story until the end.
