Me, Frida

This is the story of a small, quiet woman with big dreams who remains true to herself as she moves to San Francisco from Mexico on the arm of her large and important artist husband, Diego Rivera.  She thinks for herself, explores the city and develops her own celebrated style of painting.  The charming, brilliant illustrations may also inspire children to create their own self-portraits in the style of Frida.
