Crime reaches into the elite University of Oxford

Fans of the PBS series Inspector Morse will not be disappointed with this prequel of the curmudgeonly character we have grown to admire as a detective.
The reason this is called Endeavour, is that it is Morse's given first name, one which he has always hated but is oddly fitting for him. The mystery follows his attempts to solve the murder of a young girl, and its tangled web of intrigue reaching into Oxford University and a prostitution ring.  

Fortunately the first in this series is continuing with more episodes.
