In this book, Sharon is put in a difficult position trying to find a person responsible for a brutal beating.  Her father, while visiting NY city for the Christmas holidays, is badly beaten and left for dead on the street.

 

Sharon must use all of her skills as a detective to solve the crime.  This is a gripping mystery, good plot and crisp dialogue that makes this book a great read
