I stumbled upon The Fall when I saw Gillian Anderson of X-Files fame was the lead. She plays Stella Gibson, a tough, brilliant policewoman on the trail of serial killer played by Jamie Dornan. Set in Belfast, Northern Ireland, The Fall is provocative, enthralling, and creepy - equal parts police procedural and psychological thriller.
