Tina Chen is a poor Chinese immigrant college student in a class with tech heir Blake Reynolds. After a particularly disastrous exchange in class over what it means to be poor, Tina makes a flip comment that Blake wouldn’t make it if they traded lives. The next day Blake offers to take her up on it--in the strangest, but impossible to turn down bargain she’s ever heard of. He’s handling her life on a limited budget and she’s helping to launch the latest big tech release (think iPhone on steroids).
