In this book Misty talks about the techniques she used to achieve her goal of becoming a principle damcer. She broke her book up into four sections: Mind, Motion, Meals and Mentor. Each section focuses on that part of her life and what she found helpful to bring her that much closer to meeting her goal. The photos of Misty and her incredibly toned physique are inspiring, as well as, artful. I enjoy reading health and fitness books, and I am in awe of Misty’s journey and accomplishments in life. I also like to read health books to find ideas that I might be able to fit into my lifestyle, which I did. I read the book, but it is also available as an eBook and audiobook through OverDrive.
