Jeff Zentner didn’t make me cry in Starbucks this time, but only because I was at home while reading this book. I love the way he writes the depth of friendship and love between all of the characters he creates. Even during their darkest moments, while you feel for the characters’ pain and trauma, there is never any worry that their relationships will be irreparably broken, regardless of what changes may occur.
