An Amish book that is NOT cozy!

Linda Castillo is one of my favorite authors and her newest mystery can be read as a stand alone. Kate Burkholder is the Chief of Police in an Amish community. She grew up Amish but left the Amish community years back. This is not your typical cozy Amish story. It is quite graphic and filled with unexpected twists. The characters, however, feel totally real.
