A powerful, bittersweet, and beautiful film about family, home, and dreams

I came late to the party on watching this unforgettable film about the Yi's, a Korean-American family who moves to a plot of land in rural Arkansas with the hope of fulfilling a dream of farming and self-sufficiency.  At turns heartbreaking and haunting, this is an unforgettable film with amazing performances from the cast, especially that of Grandma Soon-Ja, played masterfully by Youn Yuh-jung, who won the Academy Award for best supporting actress with this role.
