I loved pretty much everything about this book. I loved the sisterhood, I loved the ruthlessness, and the irony, I loved how obvious it was that the young men were so much weaker than the young women they were constantly victimizing. I don't remember much about reading Macbeth, but I do remember the strength that radiated from Lady Macbeth and the inability of her husband to handle what she held with her bare hands. Jade never shrank away from the violence she was wreaking and it was beautiful. Her rage, her strength, they jumped off the page and I loved it. Maybe I'm just as twisted as she is.
