Why is there a raven?

Matilda Stone, a young, newly promoted detective, is assigned to her hometown of Wildemarsh for duty, reuniting there with her three crime-writing aunts Cat, Beth, and Jane. Sometimes it is difficult to keep her well-meaning amateur sleuthing aunts out of her investigations. In addition to solving mysteries, her aunts also try their luck at matchmaking with their niece.  Matilda, however, has fallen for an engaged, and of course, handsome doctor who gets involved with so many of her investigations.  There's also her personal search for her mother's long-ago disappearance, despite her aunts' best efforts to conceal the secret she most wants to know. Quirky, charming, sometimes dark, but always so very entertaining. The first 2 seasons are available on Hoopla and on DVD at CADL. A third season is coming, yeah!
