Rosann Goldblatt Receives Director's Award

At the end of each month, I highlight the incredible work of one of CADL's employees. The recipient for the July Director’s Award is Rosann Goldblatt, Library Clerk at the Holt-delhi branch. Rosann’s skill for connecting with members and working to ensure they get the most out of their library experience makes her a valuable staff member of both Holt-Delhi and CADL as a whole.

Here is a summary of some of the comments that were sent in:

"Rosann Goldblatt has been with the Holt-Delhi branch for a while and is a very important and loved part of our library! She loves helping others and everyday tries to make each library member’s visit better than their last. She always makes a point to show new members the many different things the library has to offer like the digital collection, LoT, and the CADL App. She knows all our regular library members by name and is able to remember facts they have shared with her on previous visits leading to multiple library members making a point to tell other staff that they really appreciate Rosann!"

"Recently Rosann helped a library member who was sure they had returned a MeL book, she told them to do one last look around where they keep their books and then explained how the MeL system works, the library member then paid for the book. This library member came back recently and asked for Rosann to tell her that they did find the book later and they wanted to apologize for everything and how much he appreciated her help and the library."
