Byzantium

Byzantium's theme is not new: misunderstood vampires on the run.  But what sets Byzantium apart is the depth of the movie.  Complex characters, twisting story lines and excellent actors all draw you into the story, while a leisured and timely pace lulls you into the world.  The amazingly gorgeous cinematography is astounding and put simply, this movie is a festival for the eyes.  So beautiful I can hardly bare to call it a Horror, but there it is.  I hope you like it one-twentieth as much as I did, and then you would give it five stars.
