Local cookbook author serves up some familiar dishes

The age-old question, what to make for dinner tonight, is easily answered with this new cookbook. The first recipe that I tried (Spaghetti Pie) was a hit with my picky teenagers and was easy to make too. I found a lot of recipes in this book for dishes that I remember from church potlucks when I was little. There are also many new delicious ideas too. Joyce Klynstra lives in the Lansing area so there’s an added bonus of reading a book by a local author.
