A fake relationship, between two actors, under intense public scrutiny. What could go wrong? More likely, what couldn't go wrong? As our two heroes play out their scripted romance, they also have to navigate racism and colorism, family rejection, and histories of trauma and abuse ... all while trying to promote their budding careers and figure out their growing feelings.
