What can one railway newspaper do against mass corruption?

Ajay sells newspapers at the railway station, but his dream is to become a reporter. When he finds a decommissioned printing press, he decides to start his own newspaper with the help of his friends. As the group begins writing stories about their community, they stumble upon a conspiracy of greed and corruption involving the local factory and the slums. Will Ajay’s newspaper be enough to take down a corrupt real estate magnate?

This is a quick, but fun read, aimed at an upper elementary school-age audience. I felt the author did a great job bringing the setting of the book to life with her descriptions, and Ajay and his friends are great fun to follow through their adventures.
